Move with Marina
Every September she promises this is the year, and by October half-term she's back where she started.

Hi, I'm Marina!
I coach female teachers in their 30s and 40s who are stuck in fat loss, and I've worked with over 100 of them. They're capable, organised women who run a classroom all day, yet they've lost trust in themselves after years of plans that fell apart the moment term got busy.
Most of the advice you've followed was written for people with a proper lunch hour and quiet evenings, then applied to a job that gives you neither. My role isn't to hand you another plan, because you've had plenty of those. It's to help you build habits that survive a full timetable, report season and the Friday feeling, so you can stop starting again every Monday and finally trust yourself to follow through.
Does this sound like her?
• She starts strong in August when she has time, and by the second week of term the plan has gone the same way as her lunch break.• She has done the deficits, the apps, the six-week challenges and the Monday restarts, and each one fell apart as soon as term got busy.• She keeps saying she'll sort it at Easter, or over the summer, or when this year's class is easier, and the right time never comes.• If she's honest, she wants to feel confident in her own clothes far more than she wants a number on the scale. That pattern comes from advice built for a life with a lunch hour and quiet evenings, applied to a job that gives you neither.
What coaching actually looks like
• A plan built around your timetable: what to eat when you have a twenty-minute lunch and a duty, what to do at four o'clock when you're starving, and how to get through parents' evening and report season without throwing everything away.• Training that fits your week, with short sessions on term days, more when you have the energy, and a plan for the holidays so they stop being a reset.• Daily WhatsApp support for the moments that usually derail you: the staffroom cake, the Friday wine after a hard week, the night you're too wiped to cook.• Everything in one app, with a fortnightly check-in so you always know what's working and what to change.
Who this is for
Teachers in their 30s and 40s who are done restarting and want to:
Follow through on habits without relying on motivation
Stop feeling out of control around food
Train and move in a way that supports your life, not drains it
Feel confident in your body and your clothes again
Trust yourself to maintain results and stop starting over
This isn't for anyone who wants a six-week transformation or a rigid meal plan to follow until they quit.If she's tired of starting again every Monday, the next step is a short application. Tell me where you're at, and I'll let you know whether coaching is the right fit.
What clients say
Runner #1
I started running in October and today I completed a 8k run. I actually thought today, 6 months ago I struggled to breath whilst walking up a hill and now I’m out running with complete ease, and loving every minute of it! I tried running in the past following the couch to 5k app, but this always led to injury a few weeks in. My running programme with Marina was a game changer! She set out each week to suit my needs and my fitness level at that time. From there she scaffolded my running to ensure I was injury free, and it worked, I am now running consistently x3 a week!
Runner #2
Before I started my running journey, I thought that it simply wasn't within my capabilities. Watching others run past, I would wish I could join them, but my mind always circled back to the idea that my lack of physical endurance made it an unattainable dream. With each passing year, my weight increased and so did my doubts about ever being able to run. Yet, I would still think about it whenever I witnessed someone running.
Then, I met Marina and asked her if running could ever be a reality for someone like me. Her response was a resounding affirmation, brushing off my doubts about my weight or endurance. Together, we drafted a path, setting a goal and a timeline, and she provided me with a program to kick-start my journey.
